I started my business (the first time) in October of 2017. I had no systems in place. No support. No ANYTHING but a fire in my belly and my old crappy college laptop. 

I signed my first client at $150 [ooof] for 3 months of online coaching. I felt like I worked all night long, every single day after working trying to find people to sign up with me, but no matter how hard I tried, I didn't get any bites. 

In May of 2018, I decided it was time to STOP playing small and hire my first ever ACTUAL business coach. It was the scariest investment I EVER. FREAKIN'. MADE. but this is where my story pivots... 

From that day on, I tested my programs. Tested the market. Tested my social, what people want, what people don't. I dove into my own research. I worked my fuckin' ass off for a year straight. I niched my focus down on how to not only run an online business... but how to SCALE it, and quickly. 

👉🏼  Because of this, I was able to grow my ONLINE FITNESS COACHING business to consistent $10K and UP months... and go full time as my own boss 🏝
