Million Dollar Memberships Experience Sales Agreement

By completing this purchase, I agree to the following terms:

  1. Event Participation
    I understand that I am purchasing access to Million Dollar Memberships Experience , a live digital event taking place from September 15th, 2025 to September 19th, 2025. This purchase includes access to live trainings, daily assignments, a private community space, and the opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Jackpot promotion.

  2. All Sales Final
    I acknowledge that due to the immediate access to digital content and community spaces provided upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted under any circumstances.

  3. Replay Access
    I understand that access to live training replays will be available during the week of camp only, unless I separately purchase the VIP Upgrade, which grants lifetime access to the replays and additional bonus materials.

  4. Grand Prize Jackpot Terms
    I understand that participation in all five daily assignments and active engagement in the community space are required to qualify for the Grand Prize Jackpot. The winner will be selected based on participation, engagement, and assignment completion at the sole discretion of the event host.
    If selected as the winner, I agree to provide accurate payment information. Prize money (50% of total Million Dollar Memberships Experience proceeds) will be paid via PayPal, Wise, or another mutually agreed-upon electronic transfer method within 14 business days after the event concludes. I understand that I am solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on any prize money received if necessary. 

  5. No Guarantees
    I acknowledge that participation in Million Dollar Memberships Experience does not guarantee any specific business results or financial earnings. Outcomes are dependent upon my own efforts, application of the material, and individual circumstances.

  6. Community Standards
    I agree to participate respectfully in the Million Dollar Memberships Experience community space, and to maintain a supportive, positive, and professional environment for all participants. Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the community without refund.

  7. Limitation of Liability
    I agree that the event host, Paige Vandenbrink, shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of income, or business interruption arising from my participation in Million Dollar Memberships Experience. My participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.

  8. Governing Law
    This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
